2 days before the wedding! Emmanuel Weds Ashvini!

We arrived Taiping-a peaceful town, 2 days earlier, on thursday, and met up with Emmanuel, the groom whom to be wed on saturday, to Ashvini. We had dinner together, and had a chat about the entire flow of the wedding and what we will like to do for the couple on their video. It was more of a get to know each other better session with the team… and in that way, we will get a better idea on the song to choose for their video. After that, we checked in to the hotel arranged by Emmanuel, unload our video equipments, and setup our edit suite in the room, and start discussion and planning for our tomorrow when Ashwini arrives on friday morning. 

Next day, met up both the couple, at the church at 9.30am, to do inspection of the church. After doing that, we had to also, check out the location of our shoots on saturday, e.g. the groom’s house and getting to know their parents, the bride’s getting ready room, etc. After all that, we decided to filmed the couple at the park, as the park is really an awesome scenic place to do some pre-wed shots!

I went thru the rehearsal entirely with the couple and the church members involved!

I was also there to give my inputs on the flow of the ceremony, the standing positioning, for a better view for both the audience and the cameras, and make sure that it flows beautifully. This will also help on the formula of our shoots, as the ceremony will be shot with 3 HD video cameras.

The wedding ceremony ended successfully today, and we managed to captured some beautiful and outstanding shots, though, we had our timing ruined at the earlier part when the make-up artist came 2 hours late, jeorpadised some part of our scheduled plans.
